Return/Exchange Policy
The return policy written below referes to 2drippylab as "we" and to the custumer as "you" and "sender"
We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER
Order cancellation can only take place within 6-hours after order is placed.
Orders cancelled will be back to original payment method.
Order cancellation or amendments made after 6-hours after order is placed will not be guaranteed.
- EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to proceed with an exchange, the return shipping label will be provided free of charge by our customer service. THE FREE EXCHANGE SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR THIS COUNTRIES: FRANCE, BELGIUM, SPAIN, PORTUGAL, NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG.
If your order is to be shipped from a country not listed here, you will be responsible for obtaining the necessary label at your own expense.
We would like to inform you that it is possible to exchange a product only once per order. This means that once the exchange has been made and the new product has been received, it will no longer be possible to request any further replacements or refunds for the same item.
Exchange custom & duties note: If the return is being shipped from a country outside the European Union, please note that customs duties may need to be paid in advance to facilitate the replacement process. If customs duties are not prepaid upon delivery of the shipment to our warehouse, we will hold the order until the customs duties are settled. Once the customs duties are paid, we will proceed to ship the replacement.

- RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns, customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs themselves. Alternatively, they may request a return label from our customer service at a cost of 4.99 EUR. This amount will then be deducted from the refund accordingly.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order within 3 days of receiving the return in our warehouse. Thank you for your patience.

If customs duties are not prepaid upon delivery of the shipment to our warehouse, we will deduct the unpaid customs duties from the refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept returns for products damaged by the customer or purchased using a gift card.
